I think that this quote is trying to say that even if you already achieved a goal it dont mean that you have to give it up on it it means that you can continue acheiving it until you earn a great prize out of it. Also he is trying to say that if you put your head and mind to a goal dont give up on it continue putting effort to it because on day you can earn great stuff out of it!
