History of Basketball 

Who invented basketball?
James Naismith is the person who invented basketball.

Where?
They invited basketball while working at the YMCA Training School in Springfield Massachusetts. 

When?
They invented basketball in 1891.

How?
By dividing two groups of 18 people and one of the team shoots on the opposite side of their court.

Why?
It was invented because winter was coming and during winter the students will just stay inside the gym being bored so James came up with the idea of basketball.
