Reflection:
To me this quote is trying to explain that once you break a promise then you cant be trusted the same anymore. that is why when you promise you should be sure that you are going to keep that promise and that you won't break it. I have broken promises before and trust me it is not amazing to now that you can be trusted again when you say you you promise.
